Date: 21 November 2017

Venue: University of Bath in London, 83 Pall Mall, St James’s, London SW1Y 5ES

Time: 2 pm to 4 pm (Registration opens at 1.45 pm)

Hansuke Consulting is delighted to invite you to The Next Steps workshop, led by

The Common Reporting Standard (“CRS”) features within a broader scope of compliance regulations entitled the ‘Automatic Exchange of Information’.

This is a globally co-ordinated OECD regime that requires financial institutions to report certain financial information on account holders depending on their tax residency.

Following requests from our clients, the workshop will cover some of the following key topics:

  • Impending deadlines for due diligence remediation and consequences for late non-compliance.

  • Expected quality standards over the completeness and accuracy of reports

  • Investigations and audits

  • Expectations from HMRC regarding a best practices approach to CRS reporting

  • Data systems, structures, and quality

GDPR - The Clock is Ticking

September 18, 2017

Time: 9:00am - 10:30am

Location: The Law Society

Speakers: Ali Kazimi, Renzo Marchini, Joe Peden, Safdar Mirza

Our highly topical seminar, entitled ‘GDPR – The Clock is Ticking’, will discuss the single most important development in European data law in the last 20 years. It will explain how the regulation will fundamentally change the personal data landscape and, due to its pervasive nature, highlight how all EU based firms are expected to fall under the scope of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). With approximately 44 weeks remaining to become fully compliant, the seminar will aim to outline how organisations can embrace this significant change and assist with your compliance journey.
